Aroha Srushti was founded by Amit Dhamdhere and Ajit Dhamdhere, who share a passion for providing memorable experiences to every visitor. Amit, who has years of experience in the animation industry and runs an e-learning business, always dreamed of bringing new life to his ancestral farm in the village. He teamed up with his cousin Ajit, who holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and had previously managed a BPO business, to make this vision a reality.

Amit and team focuses on business development and marketing, ensuring Aroha Srushti reaches more people and continues to innovate. Ajit, along with the dedicated team, looks after day-to-day operations, taking special care of each guest to ensure their experience is nothing short of excellent.
